Stefanie L. Burby, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in both Illinois and Indiana with over 15 years of experience serving children and families. Prior to her career in social work, she worked in the business sector as an accountant for five years. Stefanie has extensive training in trauma-informed care and has held leadership roles including Director of Social Work Services at a Chicagoland high school and Treatment Director at a foster care agency in Indiana. Her professional background spans school systems, outpatient mental health, and child welfare settings. She has led social skills and process groups for youth and is passionate about helping others heal and grow. Stefanie is deeply committed to empowering those who have been marginalized, overlooked, or unheard. She believes in the power of healing and self-realization to inspire generational change in individuals, families, and communities.
